Thanks so much Michael LaNasa. Very glad the article was of some use. To your question — my first lens ever was a 105mm. So, I have tons of heart for long primes. But, funny enough, it would probably be a later priority lens for me, as I think of it very specifically as either a portrait lens or macro photography lens. Which only means it’s such a good lens for those things that I’d have to absolutely know I’m going to use it a lot to invest in it. That said, that you actually own it means you already made that commitment and you can simply enjoy it. :) I’m sure that thing, wide open, looks absolutely stunning.
